We offer remote online notarization services for those who cannot meet in person. Our notary can perform the notarization via video conference.
Online notarization fees are governed by § 406.111, at $25, plus fees authorized under 406.024.
For mortgage Hybrid and full eClose transactions, there is also a Technology Fee of $125 for the first two borrowers, and $75 for each additional borrower.
Our notary is experienced in notarizing estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, and power of attorney documents. The cost is $50 per document.
We offer competitive and affordable rates for all of our notary services including travel fees. Ironhoof notaries will travel up to 70 miles from the corporate location of 15250 FM 858, Athens, Texas 75752.
Up to 15 miles: $40 plus $10 per notarization
16-30 miles: $60 plus $10 per notarization
31-50 miles: $80 plus $10 per notarization
51-70 miles: $125 plus $10 per notarization
Anything over 70 miles is an exception and will begin at a base fee of $125 plus $3 per mile each way.
*Travel fees are in addition to the Notary Fees.
The maximum allowable fees a Texas notary or their employer may charge for notarial acts are as follows:
An online notary public or their employer may charge a fee not to exceed $25 for performing an online notarization in addition to any other fees authorized under Tex. Gov’t. Code Ann. §406.024.
First Apostille Document is $100
